As we enter into our festive season we can look back on the year that was for Gold and other precious metals. Although the last few days has seen Gold prices fall by around 3% the drivers for an upward trend for Gold in 2013 continue to be positive with the USA still facing a higher deficit and the need to print more money, irrespective of what happens in resolving the fiscal cliff issue.
