Japan's Sumitomo Corp takes full ownership of Emerald Grain

SYDNEY, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Japan's Sumitomo Corp has acquired full ownership of Emerald Grain, the Australian bulk grain handler said on Thursday. Sumitomo was previously a 50 percent owner of Emerald Grain along with Emerald Grain Agribusiness Group Pty Ltd.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
