Hochtief in talks with investors on three units

ESSEN, Germany, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Hochtief is in talks with investors regarding its strategic options on units Formart, HTP and Hochtief Property Management, Chief Executive Marcelino Fernandes Verdes told reporters on Thursday.

Hochtief divested non-core assets last year as part of a wide-ranging restructuring and said it would also consider options for the three units.
