Fitch to Hold Sovereign Credit Briefings in Asia in March

SINGAPORE/BEIJING/HONG KONG, March 02 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings will host a series 
of sovereign credit briefings in Hong Kong and Singapore in March 2014. 

Tony Stringer, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Global Sovereigns 
and Supranationals, and Andrew Colquhoun, Senior Director and Head of 
Asia-Pacific Sovereigns, will speak at the conference. Topics addressed will 
include the growth challenges facing developed and emerging markets; the impact 
of the US Fed's monetary stimulus withdrawal; the euro zone's adjustment 
process; the prospects for China's escape from a debt trap and return to 
sustainable growth; India and Indonesia's ability to break out of the 'Fragile 
Five' group of emerging market economies; and after a year of "Abenomics", the 
conference will also ask whether radical policy can head off the negative 
pressure on Japan's ratings.

Members of the audience will also have the opportunity to participate in an 
interactive poll on several topical questions.
