* Updates further to release of 4 February 2014 advising of temporary suspension of Mintails Ltd open cast mining activities on Randfontein Cluster of leases

* On 7 February reached agreement with dmr to temporarily lift suspension order and will restart open cast mining activities on Monday 10 February 2014

* Lifting of the suspension is for 15 business days
