Feb 4 (Reuters) - Sunridge Gold Corp SGC.V :

* Signs agreement with ENAMCO for asmara copper-zinc-gold project, eritrea

* ENAMCO now agreed to pay co $18.33 million payable in stages prior to

production for the purchase of the 30% participating interest

* Enamco will also contribute one-third of the funding of ongoing expenditure on the project, including exploration and development
