* Independent directors of co approved entering into loan agreement with Glencore Australia Holdings Pty for maximum draw amount of $80 million to fund ongoing projects in Mauritania

* The loan facility is unsecured and carries interest at 12 percent per annum plus 1 percent per annum commitment fee on undrawn amount of facility limit
