* 2014 HY accounts and 4D SEK.AX

* HY net profit for the period attributable to the owners of SEEK Limited up

65% to $111.2 million

* HY operating revenue from continuing operations up 48 percent to $337.6

million

* Says group expects to recognise a fair value gain on its pre-existing

ownership in Jobstreet

* 2014 interim dividend 14.0 cents per security

* Says re-financed its syndicated debt facility

* Expects NPAT in H2 FY 2014 to be marginally greater than H1 FY 2014
