BRIEF-Sedgman Ltd reaches agreement with Discovery Metals

Feb 18 (Reuters) - Sedgman Ltd SDM.AX :

* Reached an agreement with Discovery Metals in relation to the boseto copper project contract dispute

* Says will accept payment of the sum of USD$3.2 million in full and final satisfaction of the epc dispute

* Says neither Sedgman nor Discovery will take any further action in respect of the dispute

* Payment subject to Discovery receiving funds of at least $30 million under their proposed re-capitalisation and refinancing by 30 April 2014
