* Santos 2013 fourth quarter activities report STO.AX

* Q4 production of 13.1 mmBOE versus 13.2 mmBOE a year ago

* Q4 sales revenue of $1,065 million versus $876 million a year ago

* Says average gas price of $5.53/GJ for the December quarter was 10% higher than the corresponding quarter

* In the second half of 2014 PNG LNG, is on track to commence LNG shipments to Asia

* Says expects 2014 production to be in the range of 52-57 mmBOE and estimated capital expenditure of $3.5 billion

* GLNG project remains on track for first LNG in 2015
