* Final dividend 3.84 pence per share

* Total dividend up 15 percent to 7.36 pence per share

* FY revenue 567.6 mln stg

* Dividend increased 15 pct for 20th consecutive year

* Total dividend per share 7.36 pence

* FY PBTA 63.0 mln stg

* Good year for the group despite a significant slowdown in the resources

sector in Australia and strengthening of sterling

* Australia, asia pacific underlying FY profit 10.0 million STG versus 15.2

million STG in 2012

* Exploration and production spend by oil and gas companies in 2014 will be

substantial

* Still confident of remaining on a positive growth trajectory.
