* Reports second fiscal quarter 2014 results: first revenue from mt. milligan

* Q2 revenue $52.8 million versus I/B/E/S view $62.5 million

* In January co expanded revolving credit facility from $350 million facility

maturing in May 2017 to $450 million facility maturing in January 2019

* Second quarter revenue was impacted by 26% lower average metal prices and 11%
