BRIEF-Randgold and Exploration sees full-year HEPS between 8 and 8.4 cents

JOHANNESBURG, March 10 (Reuters) - Randgold & Exploration Co Ltd RNGJ.J :

* Earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2013 is expected to be between 9 and 11 cents per share

* Says FY headline earnings per share is expected to be between 8 and 8.4 cents per share (2012: 2 cents).

* Says financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.
