* Received a letter from a Sydney law firm that says it represents a former

shareholder of Zinifex

* The person intends to commence on behalf of all Zinifex shareholders who

acquired shares in co, a representative proceeding against OZ Minerals in The

Federal Court Of Australia

* "No proceedings have been commenced and little is known about the possible

claim at this stage"
