* Reports results for the first quarter of fiscal 2014 with adjusted net income

of $1.2 million or $0.01 per share

* Q1 adjusted earnings per share $0.01

* Produced 18,855 ounces of gold in the first quarter of fiscal 2014 compared

to production of 17,759 ounces of gold

* Says will continue to de-risk the copperwood project and look for means to

realize value

* Sees total gold production of 80,000 - 93,000 oz in FY 2014

* Sees total silver production of 875,000 - 950,000 oz in FY 2014

* Sees total copper production of 18.0 - 20.5 million lbs in FY 2014
