* Says total revenue for the quarter was US$210.0 million, up 20%

* Says at end of 2013, png lng project was more than 90% complete and remained on budget and target for first lng sales in the second half of 2014

* Says Q4 total production 1.77 mmboe, down 1 percent from prior quarter

* Says discussions were ongoing during the quarter regarding co's potential involvement in prl 15 in png

* Says 2014 full year production guidance has increased to 12 mmboe - 15 mmboe

* Sees 2014 total capital costs to be $1.2 billion - $1.5 billion
