* Says co has been working with department of mines & petroleum in investigating cause of accident at harlequin mine

* Says as part of investigation the dmp has issued two prohibition notices and all underground operations at harlequin mine and bullen mine are currently suspended

* Says operations at the north royal pit and the mill are continuing as normal
