* Says following the mediation process, parties have now entered into a

settlement deed in relation to the dispute

* Says Sedco initially lodged a claim for approximately US$67 million

* Settlement deed provides for Nexus to be fully and finally released from

dispute including payment by Nexus to Sedco of US$30 million
