* MRL monetises Woodie Woodie manganese rights MIN.AX

* Reached an agreement with Consolidated Minerals Pty Ltd which settles legal

issues between them

* Agreement also provides for manganese tailings agreement between CML and co's

unit process Minerals International Pty Ltd to come to an end

* Says settlement agreement includes a cash payment of $44 million by CML to

MRL as well as the transfer of ownership of the Coobina tenements

* Financial transaction is not considered material to co's financial results
