Feb 7 (Reuters) - Mariner Corporation Ltd MCX.AX :

* Update on retirement village acquisitions MCX.AX

* Settlement of the two properties has not been completed

* Both Mcgrath Nicol in respect of Hermitage property and Suncorp-Metway Ltd in respect of Woniora property have notified co that contracts have been terminated

* Co is in dispute with each of the vendors as to the termination notices and continues to pursue settlement of the transactions
