* Says notified by BHP Billiton that contract mining operations being undertaken by co at orebody 18 in pilbara region, Western Australia, will be taken in-house

* Says will work closely with BHP Billiton to implement transition to owner-operator;will be completed by 30 June 2014

* Says majority of employees in orebody 18 will be given the opportunity to relocate to other Macmahon projects
