* Says waived all conditions to offer except that Little Group obtains a relevant interest in at least 90% of the RNC shares

* extended the offer period so that the offer now closes on 2 april 2014

* declared offer price of $0.37 cash/real estate share under its cash takeover offer made via Namarong Investments is best and final price
