* Expects FY 2014 total sales to increase by between 6% and 8% on the prior year

* Expects FY 2014 npat to be in the range of $126.0 million to $129.0 million, an increase of 8.3% to 10.8% on the prior year

* Says interim dividend up 10.0% or 5 cps to 55.0 cps
