* Appendix 4d and interim financial report IFL.AX

* HY revenue $368.3 million; up 11%

* HY profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to owners of the

company $48.2 million, up 45%

* Declared the payment of an interim dividend of 22.5 cents per share franked

to 100%

* HY underlying net profit after tax (pre-amortisation) $58.0 million, up 14%
