* Intrepid to receive approximately A$90 million in dispute settlement IAU.AX

* Signed binding agreements to settle all disputes surrounding the ownership of

the Tujuh Bukit Copper/Gold Project in Indonesia

* Board of directors of co unanimously resolved to recommend co's shareholders

vote in favour of the proposed settlement
