* Threatened strike by AMCU declared unprotected by labour court interim interdict

* Ruled that a strike threatened by AMCU at Kususalethu and Masimong mines would be unprotected

* Court ruled AMCU must return to court on 14 March to explain why interim interdict should not be made permanent

* Labour court ruled that employees should continue to proceed to work
