* Mineral reserve ounces as of December 31 2013 declined by 8% to 3.9 million

oz from depletion and lower gold price assumption of $1,300/oz

* Says company measured and indicated mineral resource ounces as of December

31, 2013 declined by 14% to 6.4 million oz

* Says wassa mineral reserves as of December 31, 2013 increased 34% to 2.0

million oz
