* Announces financial results for Q4 and year end 2013

* Q4 revenue fell 17 percent to C$59 million

* Q4 adjusted non-GAAP earnings per share C$0.05

* Says silver equivalent production of 3.4 million ounces in Q4 2013,

representing a 33% increase from Q4 2012

* Q4 GAAP loss per share C$0.69

* Says all-in sustaining costs are projected to be in the range of $15.87 to
