BRIEF-Estrella to enter agreement with Buenaventura regarding Pucarana

March 10 (Reuters) - Estrella Gold Corp EST.V :

* To enter agreement with buenaventura regarding pucarana

* Co's unit has signed memorandum of understanding with Compania de minas

buenaventura regarding Pucarana property in Peru

* Under arrangements, buenaventura will be in charge of

planning,implementing,developing for exploitation of pucarana property

* Will have no further obligations with regard to the project and will simply

hold the net 1.08% NSR

* In case gold production comes from property in the future, co will receive

1.08% of revenues from any gold production from property

* Buenaventura will grant 3% nsr royalty to JV that will be distributed as to

60% to Alamos Gold, 36% to Estrella,4% to Gallant Minerals
