BRIEF-Enero Group says commercial settlement

March 2 (Reuters) - Enero Group Ltd EGG.AX :

* Agreed to pay an amount of $1.15 million in respect of warranty claims

notified in relation to a prior divestment

* One-off payment is made in full and final satisfaction of all claims and is

payable in the second half of FY 2014 from existing cash reserves

* Claim has no ongoing impact on co's operations
