* CEO, Jon Newbery, undergoing surgery within the next few weeks, and thereafter taking recuperative leave for about 12 weeks

* Says chairman, Ian Campbell, will, pending Newbery's return to full duties as CEO, assume temporary executive position to relieve Newbery of some responsibilities
