* Says HY statutory profit for the period of $20.6 million compared to $15.8

million for the corresponding period in 2012

* HY revenue from ordinary activities $116.3 million versus $87.8 million

* Says REIT expects to raise approximately $14 million from the DRP for the 31

December distribution

* Interim distribution per unit 13.65 cents
