* 2013 year-end reserve and resource update

* During 2013, proven and probable gold reserves decreased by 53,000 contained

ounces and now total 10.2 million ounces of contained gold

* Says during the fourth quarter of 2013, no exploration drilling was conducted

at Kumtor

* As of December 31, 2013, Centerra's measured and indicated resources are

estimated to total 5.5 million ounces of contained gold

* As of December 31, 2013, co's inferred resources decreased by 394,000

contained ounces of gold over December 31, 2012 estimate
