* Provides operations and corporate update

* Says CEO Dino Titaro resigned

* Guy Charette will be stepping down as executive vice president of the

corporation, and Charette will serve as interim CEO

* Lost production from suspension of autorizacao provisoria de operacao is

estimated at about 7,000 to 9,000 ounces of gold/month

* Estimated that in absence of material impact of further heavy rains,works at

rdm gold project may be completed by end of February 2014

* Cost of the remedial works at rdm gold project is estimated at approximately

US$500,000 to US$700,000
