March 13 (Reuters) - Baytex Energy Corp BTE.TO :

* Reports record production and funds from operations and strong reserve growth

for 2013

* Generated production of 58,304 boe/d in q4/2013, an increase of 6% over

q4/2012

* Delivered qtrly funds from operations of $1.18 per basic share

* 2014 production guidance remains unchanged at 60,000 to 62,000 boe/d

* Qtrly petroleum and natural gas sales C$330.7 million versus C$292.1 million

* Increases February common stock dividend by 9 percent to C$0.24 per share

* Transportation operations were hampered by severe winter weather during

q4/2013 which impacted ability to deliver crude oil

* 2013 proved reserves increased 11% to 160 million boe

* Says 2014 budgeted exploration and development expenditures of $485 million

* Aurora's fourth quarter 2013 gross production was 24,678 boe/d
