BRIEF-B2Gold says production from mines to be up 8-15 pct in 2014

Jan 21 (Reuters) - B2Gold Corp BTO.TO :

* Achieves record 4th quarter and full-year gold production in 2013

* Operational results continue to deliver on guidance and 2014 outlook provides

continued production growth

* Says quarterly gold production of 105,577 ounces, an increase of 138 percent

* Says estimated consolidated operating cash costs to be at the lower end of

the company's 2013 guidance range of $675 to $690 per ounce of gold

* 2014 production from Masbate, La Libertad and Limon mines expected to be

395,000 to 420,000 ounces of gold, up about 8 percent to 15 percent

* Sees 2014 consolidated operating cash costs to be in the range of $667 to

$695 per ounce

* Says plans to undertake capital expenditures at the Limon mine in 2014

totaling approximately $19.7 million

* B2gold Corp says gold revenue for the fourth quarter of

2013 was $138 million on sales of 106,185 ounces

* Says consolidated all-in sustaining costs are expected to be in a range of

$1,025 and $1,125 per ounce for 2014
