* Says while formal fire investigation is not complete, it is believed that fire started in the screen 3 under-pan

* Says damage to the beneficiation plant is extensive

* Says production of ferrovanadium has been suspended while assessment is carried out

* Says company's iron ore business is not affected

* Says co has requested that voluntary suspension remain in place until it is in position to provide more detailed update
