Feb 10 (Reuters) - Asciano Ltd AIO.AX :

* Asciano reprices and extends syndicated bank facilities AIO.AX

* Says extended its $650 million syndicated bank facility maturing in October 2014 to October 2019

* Says has also repriced its $650 million syndicated bank facility maturing in October 2016

* Says as a result of the extension, Asciano has no debt maturities until FY 2016

* Says all other terms of the facilities, including covenants, remain unchanged
