* Half yearly report and accounts AMC.AX

* Says HY revenues from ordinary activities from continuing operations up 14.5%

to A$5,203.8 million

* HY net profit from ordinary activities after tax but before significant

items, attributable to members up 21.9 percent to A$379.8 million

* Interim dividend payable 19.5 cents per security
