March 6 (Reuters) - Australian Competition and Consumer Commission :

* Will not oppose proposed acquisition of onesteel sheet and coil business from Arrium Limited by Bluescope Steel

* BlueScope agreed to provide court enforceable undertaking requiring it to sell its sheet and coil processing assets in Western Australia

* Will not oppose proposed acquisition by Bluescope Steel after accepting undertaking from BlueScope to sell its sheet and coil processing assets in Western Australia
