Australia's Base Resources exports first minerals from Kenya mine

MOMBASA, Kenya, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Australian mining group Base Resources has shipped the first consignment of minerals from its Kenya Titanium project, after years of delays at Kenya's biggest mining project.
